To request a sample, simply click the "request sample" button next to the items for you which you would like to have shipped to you.

Please provide a FedEx or UPS account for shipping and specify transit method (e.g. ground, standard, priority). Samples are processed and shipped within 2 business days and you will be emailed tracking numbers.
